Excluding the official Instagram account, which boasts 94.5 million followers, the most-followed person on the social media site is Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian just surpassed Beyonce to become the new queen of Instagram. She now has 44.1 million followers, just a bit more than Beyonce’s 44 million.

Once again, excluding the official Instagram account, it’s incredible just how much the cream of the Instagram crop is ruled by one family.

Four of the 10 most-followed Instagram accounts come from the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Kendall Jenner is 7th, followed by Kylie Jenner at 8th. Khloe Kardashian comes in the 10 spot. If you head on down to #20, you’ll find Kourtney Kardashian too.
