  • Khloé Kardashian continues to support Lamar Odom as he recovers from his overdose in October and sources say the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star will stand by him come what may.

According to People magazine, the 31-year-old celebrity will continue her regular visits with the 36-year-old former NBA star, who continues to steadily improve cognitively and physically after his near-fatal overdose.

With her family preparing for holiday celebrations, Khloe finds time to spend time with her estranged husband. According to the source for People, “the Lamar situation still weighs on Khloé. She’s not one who just walks away.”

The source continues, “She’s going to be there for him, but she also needs to start focusing back on herself – and she knows that.”

Khloe Kardashian has said numerous times that she is committed to supporting Lamar through his recovery.

“There is a very long road ahead of [Lamar],” she said in October. “He has to walk that road by himself, and, most importantly, he has to want to walk that road. I will be there supporting him every step of the way.”

Reports indicate that Odom’s condition remains the same and he is still using a walker during his rehabilitation. Despite the slow progress, Khloe sees a brighter future on the horizon and looks forward to the hope of a new year.

“Khloé is so looking forward to this year being over: 2015 was a hard one to say the least,” said the source for Khloe Kardashian. “She feels like the new year will bring new things, and she certainly deserves it.”
