Khloe Kardashian spoke recently about what it was like to be married at a relatively young age and then, ultimately, to lose the person she thought was the love of her life. Though she talked quite openly during the early days of her marriage about her sex life, now she says she’d just rather have someone she can be intimate with in other ways.

Kardashian, who is in the midst of a messy divorce from basketball star Lamar Odom, told Cosmopolitan UK that some things should remain sacred.

“Dating is so weird … I do like it when you save certain things for your marriage. I don’t think you should treat every guy you’re dating like your husband. It doesn’t make it special. I don’t crave sex. I talked about it more openly when I was married because it’s more comfortable. I crave companionship — I just want to cuddle,” she said.

Kardashian and Odom split quite a while ago, but Odom is reportedly ducking calls from her lawyers and hasn’t signed the papers yet. Rumor has it that the reality star may be able to give the go-ahead with the divorce without his consent, however.

“Khloe has been told by her attorney, Laura Wasser, that she could file a motion to have the divorce granted, even though Lamar hasn’t formally responded,” a source told Radar.
