  • Khloe Kardashian lost 35 pounds by hitting the gym regularly for several months. This week she found her way back to her old routine, for the first time in about two months. Khloe hadn’t been to the gym since Lamar Odom nearly died from an accidental overdose in October.

On Wednesday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star shared an Instragram photo of herself at the gym, along with an admission of how difficult it was starting up again.

“Yesterday’s struggle of trying to get back in the gym. Trying to find my rhythm. Who’s having trouble finding their gym rhythm?” Khloe Kardashian captioned the shot.

It seems she headed back to the gym again on Thursday, too.

Khloe has kept vigil at Lamar Odom’s bedside since October, with the exception of a couple of rare visits to boyfriend James Harden.

More recently Khloe Kardashian was forced to take some time away from Lamar’s hospital room when she contracted a serious staph infection.

It will probably be incredibly good for Khloe’s mental health as well as her physical health to return to the gym. Easing back into it might be best for her, as she was quite run down from the staph infection.

Khloe Kardashian is likely learning that she can’t be everything Lamar Odom needs her to be if she doesn’t tend to her own needs, too. Caretakers must care for themselves or they likely won’t withstand the demands they are facing.
