Pop singer Ke$ha recently had her Twitter account hacked. The ingenue realized her account was compromised after noticing a tweet that she did not… tweet. The post was concerning a new single the starlet plans to release:
“Single out in a couple hours. Ugh so f**kin stressful… wish I could stay on da (the) beach forever.”
Fans were thrown into a frenzy, with all the confusion surrounding the potential new ringtone. Ke$ha’s response to the since-deleted false intel was this:

Luckily, Ke$ha’s fans seemed to understanding of the mixup:
@keshasuxx I’ll forgive your flawless self if you follow me.
As of late, Ke$ha has also been taking up unique causes to further expand her brand awareness:
I LOVE BABY SEALS WHO THE HELL COULD EVER KILL ONE WTF
Ke$ha isn’t the first pop singer to be hacked on Twitter. Britney Spears‘ account was also once compromised:
One can speculate that the song in question will be released soon – Ke$ha went on to say, “I’m writing the sickest song yayyyy.”
