Kathy Griffin rocked the 2014 Grammy Awards and while chatting on the red carpet proffered a few words of wisdom to Justin Bieber. Bieber, as everyone knows, was arrested last week in Miami Beach on DUI charges. He is presently lounging on a beach in Panama while lawyers do his dirty work back in the States.
The comedienne, who won a Grammy for Best Comedy Album for Calm Down Gurrl didn’t waste any time using Justin Bieber as an all too convenient punch line at the Grammys–soon after telling him what he should do to put his ducks back into that proverbial row.
During her acceptance speech she thanked Justin for “giving me his calm-down juice.” Earlier on the red carpet, however, she suggested the following while chatting with Jack Osbourne.
“My advice to Justin Bieber,” Kathy Griffin said, “is to move back in with Mom.”
She went on to say he should strum his acoustic guitar while living back at home and maybe learn a good rendition of O Canada.
Kathy Griffin, as always, flaunted her ample assets for Ryan Seacrest and the cameras before the show, as well as on stage, too. One must admit the 53-year-old does have an amazing figure. Sadly that beauty is often but a distant, foggy memory once she opens her mouth.
I WON! #Grammys

This was Griffin’s first appearance at a celebrity event since her brother Gary Griffin passed away from cancer Wednesday at the age of 63.
Kathy Griffin announced her brother’s passing via photos posted on Instagram.
She captioned the photo montage writing, “This AM my brave brother Gary Griffin passed away in palliative care after a brutal struggle w cancer. Our last real conversation, w my brother I loved so much, was just a few days go when I got him this signed picture from his idol, @JoeWalsh. He loved the Eagles, 70s rock, The Chicago White Sox and the Xavier “muskies”… Oh & he was funny as sh*t.”
Kathy Griffin did well to maintain her composure at the Grammy Awards Sunday following such a recent personal loss. She is likely thanking Justin Bieber for the opportunity to use his debacle as easy material to garner a few laughs from those around her, in the audience at the Grammys and viewers at home.
