Donda West was admitted to a hospital in Marina del Rey, California, after her health began to deteriorate following the plastic surgery procedure in California. The case resulted in controversy surrounding the doctor who performed the surgery.
“If I had never moved to L.A. she’d be alive,” Kanye West said of his mother and his rise to fame. “I don’t want to go far into it because it will bring me to tears.”
Perhaps as a result of his beloved mother’s death and his commitment to family, Kanye has proven to be a wonderful dad to daughter North, two, and his wife, Kim Kardashian.
Kanye told the British publication that his world surrounds his daughter and not the other way around.
“While [Nori’s] here in Europe, I have to have six hours a day with her because otherwise I’ll just work and she’ll get scheduled around meetings,” the Kanye West said. “Instead, the meetings get scheduled around her.”
