Whether you love them or hate them, the cast of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” has become a part of our pop culture, and along with Snooki, Sitch, Deena, Sammi, Ronnie, Vinny, Jenni, and Pauly comes a now-infamous shore house. The popularity of the show–and relative ease of access to the house during off-season months–means people are now vandalizing the property. Graffiti covers the outside walls every week declaring love for Snooki and the other cast members, and shingles have been torn off the roof (as souvenirs?). The house is available to rent during non-summer months, but I for one wouldn’t want to stay in a place so famous without lots of security (and bleach).
It appears the owner has just repainted to cover up the graffiti, giving the house an Italian flair.

While the owner of the house is responsible for upkeep when the cast members are away, MTV has to incur any costly repairs during filming. I wonder who could do more damage: a drunken Ronnie, or an overzealous fan with a can of spray paint?
