  • In the middle of the glamorous movie premiere for the second installment of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Jennifer Lawrence recently took a moment to greet a fan who was crying with excitement.

The sweet gesture by the popular, Oscar-winning actress has caused quite the stir on the Web.

Jennifer Lawrence bends down to wrap her arms around 15-year-old Jessica Hambly, who has been diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis disease, but was able to attend the event through the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Hambly of Bransholme, England, recently spoke about her condition, “Although my condition has gone wrong and got worse, its limitations are still minor things like not being allowed on fast or rockety rides but that’s not important to me. What is important to me, however, is time and memories and although I will never be a granny, I measure life in what you did, not how long you lived.”

Reports earlier this year claimed that the beloved, down-to-earth star had developed a slight Diva attitude, according to Perez Hilton and other celebrity-watchers. However, the recent display of kindness has Jennifer Lawrence fans falling in love with her all over again.

At the same premiere, Jennifer Lawrence spoke about the “disgusting” trend where young sex sells, which has prompted discussions comparing the actress who portrays Katniss in The Hunger Games and the former Disney star-gone-twerking-sensation, Miley Cyrus.
