The glitz, the fame, all that money. Those are just some of the things that Hollywood couples couples get to enjoy, however there is a downside.

Like not being able to walk around freely without constantly being hounded by the paparazzi, or everyone being in their personal business and dying to know the ins and outs of their love life.

And another thing that has to be difficult for Hollywood couples is being away from their children--assuming they have any--because there's a good chance one or both of them will be away for incredibly long periods of time.

Actress Jennifer Garner talked about this particular challenge when she recently sat down with Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos.

Garner said she takes extreme measures when it comes to communicating with her children while she's away, and she does the same thing when her husband Ben Affleck is gone.

"I made pajamas for the kids with Ben's face on it that they sleep in," she said.

And Garner uses a lot of gadgets and toys to keep in touch with her children, including using a stuffed animal.

"There's a teddy bear that you can get and you can put your voice in the paw so I'll do stuff like that," said the 41-year-old.

It seems ever since Garner had three children, who's names are Samuel, Violet and Seraphina, she's been speaking a lot about motherhood in her interviews, almost just as much as she talks about her film projects, which can be a good and bad thing, she said, because people feel compelled to give her parenting advice all the time.

In addition, the actress says that although she does speak about being a mom a lot, she doesn't consider herself an expert, and she's still trying to figure a lot of things out.

"Oh, I get it from strangers in elevators," she stated in a 2012 interview.

"They've read something about our family, or seen a picture of me taking our children to the playground, and they all have some criticism or advice. And, you know, I don't claim to be the perfect anything, but I want to say, 'You know, you really should be reading something else besides these magazines. Can I send you a novel? Really, there are far more interesting things to read out there.'"
