It’s safe to say that celebrities face a lot of pressure to stay looking young and beautiful. For Jennifer Aniston, there are ways to deal with aging that don’t involve a trip to the plastic surgeon’s office.

Aniston recently spoke with Bobbi Brown, renowned make-up artist and Editor in Chief of Yahoo Beauty, about aging gracefully. The 45-year-old actress vows she will never have plastic surgery on her face. She even goes on to say that she sometimes has to bite her tongue to stop herself from telling her friends that they should stop visiting their surgeons.

She says she feels sad for her friends who are caught in the desire to look ageless.

“They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, Oh god if you only know how much older you look.”

The We’re The Millers star continues to say she admires women who have chosen to embrace the years fearlessly. Aniston expressed admiration for political activist Gloria Steinem, who she describes as “one of the most stunning women on the planet.” She continues by saying, “Diane Keaton, Annette Bening, all of these fabulous fearless women who are flawless, they embrace it!”

“I also have a fiancé who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way.” Aniston jokingly adds. Her fiancé, Justin Theroux, apparently won’t be happy if she ever decides to get surgery and has also recently told reporters he thinks she is gorgeous.

“You know to each their own,” she said. “I don’t judge it if you do it, but sometimes I wish I could beg the people I know, who I am very near and dear to, to not touch their face.” Aniston may have been hinting at her Friends co-star Courteney Cox, who is suspected of having had botox or plastic surgery done to her face.

So, is she (Aniston) completely content with her physical appearance? Aniston’s answer was: “These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds.”
