Jennie Garth has sold her Toluca Lake home that she shared with her ex-husband, Peter Facinelli.
Although they did not receive their asking price, they still were able to sell the home for a whopping $3.99 million, 2 million less then they originally asked. The home now belongs to the “Big Bang Theory’s” co-creator, Bill Prady.
Garth and Facinelli purchased the home in 2003 for $1.35 million. The house was built in 1937 and was previously owned by country singer Tex Ritter and then by his son John Ritter. The luxurious mansion features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a total living space of 8,500 square feet. There is also a pool, playground, outdoor kitchen, a five-car garage, and many other amenities.

41-year-old Garth was made famous by her role as Kelly on “Beverly Hills 90210” in the early 90s. She then came back to her role on the new series “90210” and she also starred on the television comedy, “What I Like About You”.
Garth and Facinelli filed for divorce in 2012. They have remained civil with each other for the sake of their three children, Luca, 15, Lola, 10 and Fiona. They share joint custody of the three children.
During the divorce, the couple made it clear that they would be raising their children together. ”While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.”
Hollywoodlife.com first reported the break up in March 2012. They explained the reason for the split in their article: “Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth’s marriage has been rocky for nearly a year, so their decision to finally divorce didn’t come as a shock to their family and friends. However, HollywoodLife.com can tell you exclusively what drove them apart — and it wasn’t an outside affair or money. It was Peter’s career.”
