Not all divorces are filled with drama. That’s probably what “Glee” star Jane Lynch would say, as she just wrapped up her divorce to Dr. Lara Embry, her wife of over three years.

Initially, Embry was asking for $93,000 a month in spousal support, according to TMZ, but was denied. The judge decided on a smaller amount, however the final numbers have yet to be released.

In July of 2013, Lynch sat down with Larry King and said her divorce had nothing to do with hatred for Embry, and had everything to do with a mutual decision to move on. And it’s probably that positive outlook that allowed the couple to divorce amicably. “It’s [about] two people who decided it’s better to go apart than stay together,” she said.

Lynch also said it was important to keep her relationship with Embry’s daughter Haden intact. “She has a little girl who’s very dear to me. She’s 10 and she’s doing great,” Lynch said. “We have to remain adult, which we have. We keep everybody, especially Haden’s, good in our mind.”

Although the amount of spousal support was undisclosed, in August of last year the 53-year old said she’s expecting to pay quite a bit to Embry, considering all of the money she made in the last few years. But, she didn’t seem to mind.

“[California]” is a half and half state, as well as it should be,” she said. “So that’s fine It’s just money.”

Lynch married Embry–who was 44 at the time–on Memorial Day 2010, in Sunderland Mass. The two met at a San Francisco fundraiser a year earlier, and got married soon after.

A little after the wedding, Lynch spoke to People magazine about how happy she was about finding Embry, and that she looked forward to spending every day with her. “I’m thrilled,” she said. “I never thought that this is something I wanted. It’s just the greatest thrill in the world to find somebody that you want to be with every day.”
