One wouldn’t expect the daughter of Donald Trump to be easygoing, even with a young child, and Ivanka Trump says she won’t be when it comes to certain lessons her 23-month old daughter needs to learn.

“The one thing I won’t tolerate is her being spoiled or bratty or having poor manners. That’s one area [in which] I’ll be very strict,” she told Us Weekly.

Trump says she has her own mother to thank for instilling strict values upon her when she was younger. Now, she says, she just has to get through the terrible twos and teaching Arabella to share.

“We’re navigating the sharing thing right now. I think we’re, like, 70 percent of the way there,” she said.

Donald Trump will likely approve of her parenting tactics, although he’s gotten some backlash for being too easy on his sons in the past; last March, sponsors pulled out of “Celebrity Apprentice” after pictures emerged online of Donald Jr. and Eric on a hunting trip in Africa that showed them standing over various animal carcasses with their weapons.

Trump said he backed his sons’ decisions and that anything they did in Africa was okay with the locals–the brothers said they gave the meat to villagers–but PETA released a statement about the photos, saying, “If the young Trumps are looking for a thrill, perhaps they should consider skydiving, bungee jumping, or even following in their anti-hunting father’s footsteps and taking down competing businesses—not wild animals.”

Ivanka is expecting her second child, a son, this fall. She says it’s important to teach Arabella to share and have a good attitude because she wants her to be ready for her little brother.
