Attention all men of exceptional build and looks, now is your chance to attempt to bag a supermodel. It has been reported that supermodel/goddess Heidi Klum has split with longtime boyfriend and professional bodyguard Martin Kristen.

The big breakup reportedly happened a few weeks ago, which makes the fact that it is just hitting news stands quite impressive given Klum’s celebrity. The split was also thought to be mutually agreed upon, which is a claim that any man with functioning eyes will dispute.

The couple was together for just over a year, which definitely beats me personal record for dating a supermodel, so well done, Martin. They met shortly after Klum’s divorce from the musician Seal, so history suggests that her time on the market may not be very long. Any possible suitors will have to also be good with young children, since Klum has 4.

To make matters worse for Kristen, friends of the two are claiming that not only did they call it quits romantically, but also professionally. However, it is believed that they mean to remain friends, much like how Klum and Seal still come together on occasion, such as their children’s birthdays. That means there’s always hope that Klum and Kristen can reconcile down the line, although something tells me that she will have no shortage of guys vying for her affection, so those hopes may be pretty slim.
