Halle Berry has been duking it out in court with her ex, Gabriel Aubrey, over what she considers exorbitant child support payments. If new insider reports are to be believed, she may be headed for a divorce from her current husband, Olivier Martinez.

Radar Online published pics of Halle Berry out and about without her wedding ring, leading to speculation that she and Martinez are divorcing. They even found a “family friend” to tell them so.

“It seems Halle and Olivier have finally hit the end of the road,” the friend said. “They’ve weathered a lot of ups and downs in their relationship – but recently, Olivier has been completely MIA! They’ve just been delaying the inevitable split.”

There have been reports in the past that Halle Berry was concerned about Martinez’s temper after a couple of public incidents. One was when Martinez and Aubrey fought in 2012. Another was Martinez was caught on camera hitting an airport employee who was in his personal space, trying to snap a cell phone pic.

“Halle is telling pals she worries that Olivier’s runaway temper could put her kids at risk,” an insider revealed at the time.

Halle Berry has had her own battles with Aubrey in the past year. One was when she took him to court over coloring and straightening their daughter’s hair, a move Berry said was racially-motivated.

Berry and Aubry were together from 2005-2010, during which time they had their daughter, Nahla. They share custody of Nahla. But Berry was ordered to pay $200,000 per year plus tuition money to Aubry. That’s about $16,000 per month. Now she wants to have that amount reduced to about $3000 per month.

“There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns,” Berry’s court filing said.

Halle Berry thinks her ex should get a job and stop living off the child support she pays.

“He is using the money to avoid work,” Berry argued.
