For those who haven’t heard yet, Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley of The Real Housewives of Orange County, won’t be on the show this season, as they’re heading to the @WETV network for a relatively new show called Marriage Boot Camp.

In an interview with Los Angeles news station KTLA, Tamara Judge, who’s been on Real Housewives since season 3, said Rossi and Smiley leaving the show is her doing.

“I ran them out of the O.C.,” she stated.

And by “them” Judge also means Alexis Bellino and Lydia McLaughlin, because they too said they wouldn’t be returning to the show, although rumor has it that Bellino will still film a little bit during season 8.

Additionally, Tamara said she’s a real camera hound compared to her husband Eddie Judge, and even though viewers see a good deal of him on the show, he actually doesn’t like to be filmed.

“Eddie tries to stay away from the cameras,” said the blonde mother of two. “He sort of ducks and hides. He’s not really into the filming as much as I am. He’s very easy going. We don’t really fight.”

As for Rossi, she’s glad to be off Real Housewives, she says, probably because she was often the center of a lot of nasty fights and accusations, and filming the show could have stopped being fun. Remember the controversy that surrounded Rossi when her former fiance Jeff Beitzel died from leukemia?

Another reason Rossi wanted to move on from the show and join the cast of Marriage Booty Camp is because she gets to show another side of herself, she said.

“For those of you who are asking, yes I’m on a new show with Slade called Marriage Boot Camp on @WETV,” she revealed. “It’s going to be a great show. It’s a side of Slade Smiley and I you haven’t ever seen.”
