Earlier this year, Google unveiled Android Wear, its new smartwatch platform. They have a developer preview available, and a new video introduction to that developers may be interested in checking out.

It’s just a five-minute overview, so likely worth your time if you’re interested in developing apps for Google-powered wearables. Even if you’re not a developer it gives you glimpse into the coming platform.

Google I/O is next week, so you can expect some Android Wear goodness to come out of that.
