Friends reuinion fever has been burning since the gang walked out of that New York apartment and left the keys on the counter.
As one of the biggest hits and longest running shows out there, Friends had fans all across the globe.
Friends spawned tons of new baby girls named Emma.
Friends gave us "the Rachel".
Friends gave many of us a glimpse of what life could be like for a twenty-something trying to make it in New York City.
Now, Friends is giving us a long-awaited reunion.
The Friends reunion was announced on Wednesday and it caused quite a stir on the internet, with many wondering if the powers that be could really get all six of them together in one room.
I mean, they all lead busy lives these days and a Friends reunion might be a waste of time to some of them.
Well, it looks like they almost made it. The Friends reunion will go on, but minus one Matthew Perry.
Lisa Kasteler, a spokesperson for Perry said, "Matthew will not be attending as he is in London in rehearsals for his play, The End of Longing."
She added, "NBC executives were aware of this prior to their (Television Critics Association) announcement. Matthew may tape something for the tribute. In other words, this is not the reunion people have been hoping for."
Can a Friends reunion really be a reunion with only five friends?
