Fred Savage, the actor perhaps best known for the hit ’80s show “Wonder Years”, is now a father three times over; his son was announced on twitter on November 26th with a photo of a tiny, wrinkled hand with the caption, “He’s here”.
Savage, who is already dad to 6-year old Oliver and 4-year old Lily, has been more active behind the camera than in front of it lately; the 36-year old has several hit shows under his belt as director, including “Modern Family”, “2 Broke Girls”, and “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia”.
“I’m doing what I’ve always wanted to be doing, ever since I was a little kid… to be directing, shooting and producing television shows,” he said of his career.
The other Savage in Hollywood, Fred’s little brother Ben, has had good news recently as well; his hit ’90s show, “Boy Meets World”, is being resurrected in a sequel called “Girl Meets World”, which will see him reprise his role as an adult Cory Matthews and will follow his adventures through fatherhood as he and wife Topanga raise their daughter.
