Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have reportedly already picked out the perfect names for their little bundle of joy!

According to Cover Media, the couple has been busy preparing for their child’s fast-approaching birth. It has also been reported that baby names are now a dominant focus for the parents-to-be.

Inside sources have reportedly explained that the two have opted not to know the sex of the baby, so they’ve come up with a plethora of names they both like. Thomas is one of the couple’s top picks for a boy’s name, while they are reportedly undecided on girl names. However, they are considering the name Donna, after Gosling’s mother, and the name Coral, which is short for Mendes’ mother’s maiden name, Corrales.

Although the famed couple have yet to confirm the pregnancy, insiders close to the 40-year-old actress revealed details about the reported pregnancy. According to OK! Magazine, an insider expressed that she’s almost certain she’s carrying a boy.

“Her bump sticks out more in the front than sideways and she thinks that means she’s carrying a boy,” an insider told the publication. Mendes is reportedly ecstatic about becoming a mother. Last week, the insider explained in detail how she feels about having her first child.

“She’s been ready for motherhood for a while now,” an insider explained, “and to be sharing this experience with Ryan is a dream come true for her!”

However, Mendes isn’t the only one excited about their new addition. According to US Weekly, Gosling is also making a gratuitous effort to ensure his pregnant girlfriend is comfortable.

An insider close to the 33-year-old actor revealed some interesting details about their evolving relationship. The Gangster Squad star is really stepping into the domesticated role. “Ryan goes out and gets the groceries,” the insider said of the Notebook star. “[Eva’s] been wanting pasta, and he’s cooking her meals. Ryan has already stepped into the role of caring father-to-be.”

Despite their relationship reportedly being “on the rocks,” a number of media outlets have reported that the pregnancy has brought them back together. “Eva and Ryan have one of those passionate, feisty relationships,” the insider said. “They’ve broken up more than once over his refusal to commit. But to Eva, the baby is the first priority.”
