The Brown and Houston families decided to put their disputes on hold Saturday at a Methodist Church in Georgia as they mourned together the unfortunate death of young Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Well, not all disputes. The private funeral of Whitney Houston’s daughter was attended by her family that had some former headline artists of their own.

In attendance was the father, Whitney’s ex-husband and R&B singer, Bobby Brown, together with his spouse Alicia.

Cissy Houston, the two-time Grammy award-winner and Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother was also there along with her sisters and sons.

With the two feuding parties in the same location, the tension that’s been there for years was bound to snap at some point.

Earlier this year, Leolah Brown (Bobbi Kristina’s aunt) accused Pat Houston (wife of Bobbi Kristina’s uncle) of exploiting their niece on Facebook. At the funeral, Leolah blew up at the mere sight of Pat.

“How dare you? How dare you,” Leolah yelled while approaching Pat. Luckily, director Tyler Perry was there to break the scene and escort Leolah outside where reporters where drooling for her juicy statements. “Whitney will haunt Pat Houston from the grave,” she exclaimed, referring to the alleged shady activities of Pat as the executor of Whitney’s will.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was the sole heir of Whitney’s will. But after her death, her grandmother Cissy Houston will now divide the remaining assets along with her uncles, Michael and Gary. Bobbi Kristina died six months after being found almost lifeless in hauntingly the same state as her mom when she was found dead. She was surrounded by Cissy Houston and the rest of her family at the time of her death.

As the funeral ended, so did the two families’ reconciliation. Separate reception events were held with Pat Houston hosting a cheerful celebration of life afterparty for Bobbi Kristina.
