Chloe Bartoli has reportedly broken the camels back, Her tryst with Scott Disick has finally forced Kourtney Kardashian to face the facts and break up with her longtime love and baby daddy to her three children.

Us Weekly is reporting that Kourtney Kardashian has finally had it with Scott's shenanigans and is ending it once and for all.

“She really has had it this time,” a source told Us Weekly of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 36, who spent the holiday weekend with her three children in Malibu, California.

E! News is also confirming the split.

"Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old," said an E! source. "Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."

Media outlets can't get enough of Disick's cosy time with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monaco. The two were snapped over and over again and the body language can't lie. They were getting up close and personal.

An onlooker told Us that Disick was a "drunken mess" and was "flirting heavily" with Bartoli at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club in Monaco.

"There was no trying to hide how handsy they were," the source said. "They were all over each other and so blatant. They were feeding each other with their own forks. She was nuzzling her head on his shoulder, and he was stroking her arm and thighs."

The father of three and Chloe Bartoli were an item in 2006 when Disick and Kardashian were on a break, before her first pregnancy.

“Kourtney is freaking out and kicked him out again,” another source told Us. “She can’t believe he’d be so stupid to embarrass her and be photographed all over Chloe.”

As previously reported by WebProNews, Disick has been partying hardy of late, first in Las Vegas and then in the South of France, where he’s been spotted partying in both San Tropez and Monaco.

No official word from Kourtney Kardashian, but it is likely imminent.
