Tokyo Game Show may be over, but the news and videos pouring out of Japan’s largest gaming expo continue to flow. Case in point – Square Enix released an extended version of its previous Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII trailer to include more gameplay.

In the extended trailer, we get a look at some new environments, one of the sure to be many boss fights in the game, and a little tease at the end regarding Snow’s relationship with Lightning and his place in the story.

In other news, Final Fantasy Network reported over the weekend that Lightning will be getting more cameo costumes. It was already revealed that those who pre-order the game will get a Cloud Strife costume, but now it’s revealed that Lightning will be able to dress up as Aerith from Final Fantasy VII as well. At this time, the costume is only available to Japanese consumers who buy a strategy guide, but it will no doubt be made available to Western gamers through other means.
