Britney Spears has a lot to smile about!
The singer is in the midst of a world-class comeback. She just got to celebrate Britney Spears Day in Las Vegas, and her show there is incredibly popular.
Also, Britney Spears has a new boyfriend.
She just recently confirmed that she is dating producer and writer Charlie Ebersol. That name is familiar because he is the son of veteran TV producer, executive, and co-founder of Saturday Night Live Dick Ebersol.
On Saturday, Britney Spears posted this sweet pic of her new love:
“They met through friends,” a source told E! News of Britney Spears’ new beau. “He is the sweetest guy ever and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another. They are both very happy and having fun. It’s just the beginning so no idea if it will become serious but right now they are having a lot of fun together.”
It certainly looks like they are having fun together!
It’s nice to see Britney Spears so happy after a rough go in the relationship department.
She confirmed her split from a straying David Lucado at a concert a couple of months ago by saying, “By now, everyone knows that my boyfriend cheated on me.”
Before that, Britney Spears was engaged to Jason Trawick. There was also her 55 hour marriage to Jason Alexander.
And of course, Britney Spears was married to dancer Kevin Federline and they had two children, Preston Federline, 9, and Jayden Federline, 8, before they split.
Hopefully, her future with Charlie Ebersol will be a little brighter. The couple is taking things understandably slow.
“It’s just the beginning so no idea if it will become serious,” a source told E! News. “But right now, they are having a lot of fun together.”
