When we heard the news that Ashton Kutcher was set to star as Apple co-founder Steve Jobs in a 2013 biopic, I think some of us thought it was a joke. I mean, the news did hit around April Fool’s Day. But once the knee-jerk reaction was over and I had the chance to think about it a little more, I found myself convinced that he could pull it off – if for no other reason than the fact that the resemblance is uncanny.
We all knew that Kutcher, once he made a quick trip through wardrobe, would look exactly like a young Steve Jobs. And what do you know, he does. In this new promotional shot courtesy of Variety, Kutcher channels Jobs in front of a “THINK” poster. Check it out:

Variety also reports that the biopic in which Kutcher plays Steve Jobs, Jobs, is the official closing night selection at January’s Sundance Film Festival. The film, directed by Joshua Michael Stern, also stars Matthew Modine, James Woods, and Josh Gad as Steve Wozniak.
It’s not to be confused with the other Steve Jobs biopic hitting theaters within the next year. That one is a little more big-budget and is based on Walter Isaacson’s bestselling biography Steve Jobs. Oh yeah, and some dude named Aaron Sorkin is penning the screenplay.
