Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted out at dinner in Santa Monica on Monday with a mystery blonde, and the two looked cozy enough to be called an item.

According to the New York Daily News, the blonde is Heather Milligan and she’s been seen with Schwarzenegger before, as early as February of this year. However, she has avoided confirmation to the press that she is in a relationship with the action star.

Schwarzenegger made headlines last year when it was reported that he fathered a child with a former housekeeper, Mildred Baena, and had been supporting them for years. His divorce from Maria Shriver went very public and the couple were only seen together a couple of times after that; Maria put their Santa Barbara home up for sale last summer, with sources saying she felt it had a lot of negative energy following her husband’s indiscretions.

Schwarzenegger spoke about the divorce on “Good Morning America” last fall, saying, “I’m sure that Maria wishes that we could all be together and I definitely wish that we could all be together. It’s just one of the disastrous situations I’ve created and the worst thing that I’ve ever done.”
