Anna Faris has had a very successful career, both in movies and on the small screen, but according to a source at American OK!, Faris is a little scared that her husband’s rising star will eclipse her own and she’ll be left behind.

With Chris Pratt’s success on Parks And Recreation, the couple were a golden Hollywood duo who could do no wrong. Now that Pratt has appeared in the hugely successful Guardians Of The Galaxy and Jurassic World, it’s reportedly becoming a little harder for Anna to handle.

“Now Anna’s scared Chris’ instant fame is going to ruin them. He’s taking off in a big way, and she doesn’t want to get left behind. She’s feeling incredibly insecure. As it is, he goes out of his was to reassure there’s nothing to worry about in their relationship,” the source said.

When news broke that Pratt would be working with Jennifer Lawrence, rumors began to churn that Anna got scared he would be unfaithful to her.

“In the past she would have ignored the chatter. But now she’s panicking that the whole world thinks her marriage is failing, she’s spending more time working on what to tell people than she is actually fixing any issues in the relationship. It’s sad,” the source said.

Anna Faris responded to the rumors–and the headlines–by saying it stung to know that people thought their relationship was in trouble.

“I had always kind of believed that part of the rumors of celebrity couples were sort of true because they had never been part of my life. I was like, ‘Oh, maybe there’s a kernel of truth to that.’ It’s been a little devastating because for us, it’s like, ‘What the heck?’ This has been blindsiding to us. We have an incredible relationship. It has been weirdly stinging,” Faris said.

Neither Faris nor Pratt have responded to her reported fears about his career.
