A full featured and information packed day is how many SES attendees would describe day two of the conference in San Jose. I know the TopRank Blogging team would agree with 13 new posts today!
Satya Nadella (Microsoft’s Senior Vice President of the Search, Portal & Advertising Platform Group) spoke at this morning’s keynote at the Search Engine Strategies Conference.
Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive in San Jose until after 6pm–so I missed all of day one. However, I did make it to the Internet Marketer’s Charity Party, which was a huge success. I’ve posted a few photos from the event to my Flickr account. Here are a sample:
I really like seeing how organizations experiment with social media, especially those who keep on pushing those envelopes and invite us to get involved and see what happens during such experimentation. Like Dell.
The initial submissions of session suggestions for the Interactive portion of SXSW that made the first cut have been published. Now it’s up to the voting public to decide which sessions make it next. I’ve heard a bit of feedback from last year’s attendees on the quality of content in the search engine optimization sessions, so it will be nice to see what makes it this year.
To those organizers I challenge them to look in the mirror and realize that you’ve now become the same evil and sexist pigs you started out with the goal of overcoming.
Business owners know the importance of converting visitors to buyers. However, buyers aren't in a hurry to convert; when they do, it usually means gaining a loyal customer.
Maybe the question is better phrased as: has the desire to learn how to produce podcasts for business died? I’m wondering this because two public events about podcasting I’d been due to speak at during the next month have been cancelled because of lack of interest.
