New findings from AdMob indicate that twice as many paid apps are downloaded per user on Apple App Store compared to the Android Market. This information comes from AdMob's Metrics Report for the month of July.

Pandora's music discovery app has returned to its rightful place atop the Apple App Store. Sirius XM Radio gave them a pretty good run in the music category, edging out Pandora for several weeks. Alas, it wasn't meant to be though.
The push toward making CDs obsolete has taken another step as Apple is going to begin offering album art applications. This is one aspect of physical products like CDs and Vinyl that music enthusiasts have been reluctant to part with in favor of the digital age, but when that aspect becomes available as part of said age, will they still have something to cling to?
