Rita Ora belted out a heartfelt rendition of 'Grateful' at the 2015 Oscars on Sunday. The song was nominated in the Best Original Song category, and comes from the film Beyond the Lights. Written by Diane Warren, thsi marked her seventh nomination in the category.
It was while standing on a platform with lasers firing all around her that Rita Ora very eloquently sang the nominated song.
Even those who aren't fans of the amazing singer (and it's hard to believe such people exist) had to take notice of the intricately detailed Marchesa gown--just one of the looks Rita Ora pulled off brilliantly at the Oscars. Gold crystal embroidery highlighted the deep blue fishtail design. She accessorized the piece with Lorraine Schwartz earrings. She wore another gown that bared her shoulders and fell into a delicate-but-fancy white skirt. Rita Ora's Oscars ensembles were so pricy that she needed a bodyguard to shadow her for the entire evening.

“I will have a bodyguard following me around and then as soon as it’s done, it’s like, ‘Take my soul away,’” Rita said on the carpet. “In the dress world for Rita Ora, there are two things you have to do: what hasn’t anybody done [and] what could I do to make myself feel as sexy as possible. I’m really lucky to be in a position where I have an amazing team who can design custom from real incredible designers like Vera Wang and Marchesa and so forth.”
