A young woman working for an animation studio in Taiwan says she was so fed up with her company’s practices–namely, only caring about page views for videos–that she made a video of her own with a very special message.

“I work for an awesome company that makes news videos. I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets,” Marina Shifrin says on YouTube. “I believe it’s more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings.”

Shifrin says she’s received a lot of support on Twitter after uploading the video to YouTube on September 28; as of today, it’s gotten nearly 5 million views, something her boss could appreciate.
