A Twitter user recently posted a photo of a beautifully rendered maze that her father drew. The labyrinths are getting a lot of attention on the web because the man who drew it is a humble dad who doesn’t want recognition for his work. He’s also a janitor at a university in Japan.

The intricate design might make your head hurt if you look at it too long, but several people have tried to solve it nonetheless. The artist isn’t interested in acclaim, however; he has remained anonymous for years and doesn’t want his identity to be revealed.

The maze took more than seven years to complete, and there are only 50 copies of the drawing in the world. To date, no one has been able to solve it. See if you can find a way out.
