Monique Mosley, wife of star music producer Timbaland, has filed for divorce after five years of marriage. She’s seeking child support for the daughter she had with Timbaland, as well as for another child from a previous relationship.
The child support for Reign, 5, is pretty standard, but Mosley contends that additional support for an unnamed ten-year-old is warranted, as Timbaland “publicly and privately proclaimed this child as his own.”
Timbaland, who is said to be worth roughly $80 million, has also been asked to cover life insurance, vacations, private schools and summer camps. Mosley also wants some cash to cover legal bills, as she had to borrow money from a friend, just to file for divorce. Mosley has also requested her alimony to be delivered in a lump sum at the beginning of divorce proceedings, as well as some rehabilitative alimony for a short while, as she adjusts to her single income household.
