Since the premiere of “The Walking Dead” in 2010, most of us attack any news of upcoming shows the way one does a spider in the bathtub. Even if you’ve read the comics and are privy to the basic plotline/character arc, the show is just that damn good. They know how to keep us wanting more, certainly.
That’s not changing anytime soon, as the people behind the show insist on giving us tiny peeks at what the next season will hold for our favorite police officer and his friends and family. Producer Glen Mazzara had this to say about season 3:
“The entire landscape has fallen to zombies,” he said. “The entire world has collapsed, the apocalypse has taken over, the zombies have taken over, there’s no safe place. And I think in the past our characters thought they could find some safe harbor, and now there’s just no good hiding place at all.”
Of course, those familiar with the comics know that this season will bring in two new faces, Michonne and The Governor. For those not familiar…well, you’ll see.
