Will she or won’t she?

That’s probably what a lot of folks are wondering about Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice going to prison for fraud.

And another question folks are probably asking is if she’ll get to keep her mansion, her cars, and her other expensively priced possessions, because according to RadarOnline.com, the feds may be taking away all the things that Giudice and her husband Joe have brought in the last few years.

Plus, legal authorities are still keeping an eye on the reality show couple, because they’ve received word that they’re still involved in fraudulent activities.

“The judge and the prosecutor are aware that Teresa could still be trying to hide money,” said a source for RadarOnline. “That isn’t going to go over well at her sentencing, for her.”

According to the source, Giudice was charging fans money for autographs and was asking for cash only, which most would probably say was to keep her most recent earnings off the books. Plus, charging fans for autographs could be a sign that the Giudices are really cash-strapped, and they’re doing everything they can to make ends meet.

“Teresa was advertised as the celebrity guest and that she would be signing copies of her latest book,” revealed another insider. “But nowhere was it advertised that she would be charging guests $25 to sign and take a photo with her.”

In addition, the inside source said those without cash were completely out of luck, and the reality show star made sure nobody received anything if they simply had a check or a credit card.

“When you walked up to her, the woman next to her was quick to advise that it was $25 and cash only,” said the source. “Cash only? Who takes cash only? Even Teresa was telling guests it was cash only, no receipts, and she had bags of cash beside her where her colleague was collecting the money.”
