Stella Maxwell gets her own press, and needs no help from anyone else. But Miley Cyrus is giving her some anyway.

Maxwell is a Victoria’s Secret Angel, one of only ten to be selected for the year. She first connected with Miley Cyrus when Cyrus launched a jewelry line. Maxwell modeled for the line. Since then, they have been friends.

But now photos have surfaced of Stella Maxwell and Miley Cyrus locked in a passionate kiss. In the pics, Miley is grabbing Maxwell’s butt firmly. This was not just some little peck for the cameras. There is no indication that the pair knew they were being seen by anyone else.

When asked by V Magazine recently if she has a significant other, Maxwell responded with a cryptic: “Define significant…”

Stella Maxwell did tell the magazine that she visited SXSW in Austin with Miley shortly after Cyrus’ breakup with Patrick Schwarzenegger. Then the pair hit Vegas together.

“We had a lot of fun,” Maxwell said. “It was a quick trip though. We were just coming from an amazing visit to Austin, Texas for SXSW, so we were a bit tired. But really the quick stop over was super cool.”

For her part, Miley Cyrus has made no secret of her relationships with other women. She told Paper Magazine:

“I am literally open to every single thing that is consenting and doesn’t involve an animal and everyone is of age. Everything that’s legal, I’m down with. Yo, I’m down with any adult — anyone over the age of 18 who is down to love me. I don’t relate to being boy or girl, and I don’t have to have my partner relate to boy or girl.”
