Scott Disick Opens Up About His Health And Recovery

Scott Disick was always the life of the party and he enjoyed drinking and having a good time. Like many people, Scott lost control of his drinking and partying and was soon battling alcoholism.

Scott denied that he had a problem for a long time but after he was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning in June, he started to come to his senses.

Scott decided to stop drinking and promised his pregnant girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian that he would not drink while she was pregnant.

Kourtney’s other two children also belong to Scott and the couple has been together for several years. Although Kourtney was always supportive of Scott, she decided she had enough of his drinking and was ready to leave him if he didn’t straighten up.

He recently opened up about his recovery and said,

“I’m good. I’ve had ups and downs. Every time you can better yourself it’s a good thing, and a positive thing.”

Scott started drinking heavily after he lost both of his parents within three months of each other. A source claimed that Scott began drinking to numb the pain, but got carried away. The new, healthy Scott seems happier and more fun-loving than ever.

He also seems to be enjoying spending more time with his family.

After he decided to stop drinking, Scott decided to get some therapy to help him deal with the loss of his parents and said that he is coping with things better now.

“I’m excited to just be feeling good and living healthy, eating better, exercising more and doing whatever I can to get by,” said Disick.

In spite of his sobriety, Scott still likes the partying scene.

While many people have questioned whether or not he is able to avoid drinking at these parties, Scott maintains that he has not fallen off the wagon.

“It seems very strange that someone who wants to stay sober for his girlfriend would surround himself with booze and party girls,” said a source who ran into Scott at a recent party.

Hopefully Scott can keep his promise to Kourtney and maybe even decide to stay sober after she has their third child.
