Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 36th birthday at the 1 OAK night club in Las Vegas this weekend. TMZ reports that Lord Disck didn’t look particularly enthused by the event.

It hasn’t been too many weeks since Scott Disick returned from rehab, and even though some reports have claimed the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been spotted drinking already, he likely wouldn’t dare do so with Kourtney Kardashian present. She is rumored to have issued an ultimatum recently to the father of her children–Reign, Penelope, and Mason Disick–and if Scott Disick loses Kourtney, he loses his in with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians franchise. That might explain why he didn’t look happy at Kourtney’s birthday bash.

The celebration might have been a little bit boring for Kourtney, too. Kim Kardashian reportedly stayed home in L.A. Sister Kylie Jenner was spotted at Coachella with boyfriend Tyga, and Kendall Jenner has been photographed at the music festival with Justin Bieber. Khloe Kardashian was busy promoting her new group messaging app called Regroup. Even Rob Kardashian was rumored to be at Coachella, although no photos have hit the media yet. That definitely didn’t leave many family members to hang out in Vegas and celebrate Kourtney Kardashian’s 36th birthday.

In a recent clip for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris Jenner questions the issues Scott Disick has with alcohol, and if he should be attending a birthday bash he planned for her 59th on the heels of leaving rehab back in March.

Scott Disick convinced Kris Jenner to show up, however.

“At the end of the day, we both look bad, we both don’t make money, and we look like a bunch of flakes,” he tells her in the clip.

How much longer do you expect Kourtney Kardashian will put up with Scott Disick? It’s only a matter of time before he falls off that proverbial wagon again and heads back to his expensive rehab center for another week in sunny Costa Rica.

Kris Jenner no doubt wants to keep Scott Disick hanging around, however. He is reportedly good for ratings on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
