Scott Disick may be checking out of rehab early. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star checked in to the Rythmia Life Advancement facility in Costa Rica on March 16th after Kourtney Kardashian reportedly ordered him home from his U.K. tour and issued him an ultimatum. Now it seems Scott Disick has ‘business’ to take care of in L.A. and will likely be heading home soon.

Scott Disick even booked a flight back to L.A. for this past Saturday, but decided he would remain in the rehab facility for a full seven days of treatment instead. The program he signed on for lasts for three weeks. His therapy regimen is said to be an intensive one, and includes use of the African psychedelic shrub Iboga.

Ummm–okay?

Lord Disick hasn’t even stuck to rehab protocol while in this facility either, and was spotted out clubbing in Costa Rica this weekend.

Kourtney Kardashian addressed Scott Disick’s rehab stay during an interview with People magazine this weekend.

“He’s is doing well. I think the thing that’s most important to me is just his commitment to working on himself,” she said while hanging out at Marquee Dayclub in Las Vegas on Saturday. “If somebody doesn’t want to make changes then that’s really hard.”

“He is learning so much about himself and growing, and so that’s really amazing to see,” she added. “When he’s working on himself it only betters our relationship.”

Did Kourtney Kardashian know Scott Disick is planning to ditch rehab early when she spoke with People this weekend? Surely she can’t be in favor if his purported plan. After all, she is left with almost sole responsibility for their children–Reign, Penelope, and Mason Disick, while Scott has a habit of running around the country (and occasionally abroad, too) getting drunk and hanging out with sexy women. Her sojourn in Vegas was a quick getaway with fellow moms.
