Sarah Paulson and fellow actress Holland Taylor–who is known for roles in Legally Blonde and Two And A Half Men–are enjoying their new romance, and Paulson isn’t shy about taking to social media to praise her “favorite actress”.

Paulson took to Twitter to praise her girlfriend’s talents, calling her a “genius”. The 40-year old American Horror Story actress and 72-year old Taylor have been making headlines with their love for one another, in part because of their age difference. However, Taylor says she was more than ready to find love after living a very solitary life following the death of her mother.

“There’s a very big age difference between us which I’m sure shocks a lot of people, and it startles me! It’s the most wonderful, extraordinary thing that could have ever possibly happened in my life,” Taylor said.

Taylor said in a recent interview that while marriage isn’t something she’s given a lot of thought to, that doesn’t mean she’s against the idea.

“Given my generation it would not be something that would automatically occur to me. But as a symbol, as a pledge, as a plight one’s troth, it would be a wonderful thing to do,” Taylor said.

Sarah Paulson isn’t the only one in the relationship doling out compliments via social media; Taylor also took to Twitter earlier this month to share a photo of Paulson in a gorgeous, shimmery gown, writing, “When captions fail”. Obviously, these two adore each other.

“I’m having fun living my life, that’s for sure,” Sarah Paulson told Entertainment Tonight at a recent Broadway show.
