Melissa Joan Hart has had three children, but you wouldn't know it to look at her. The 37-year old actress says she just completed her weight loss journey after giving birth to her son, Tucker, and is happy to be back in a healthy place.

Hart gained about 60 pounds during her most recent pregnancy but said she wanted to make sure she took her time taking it back off as opposed to other celebrity moms.

"For me, it was important to bond with my child, as opposed to 'lose the weight.' So I waited until I was ready, and I knew I had the time, and then I made it a priority that I would eat well," she said.

Hart's decision to lose weight at her own pace is a brave one in Hollywood, where fat-shaming runs rampant even among new moms. Now, she says she feels confident and is in a good place, both physically and mentally. So much so, that she posed in a bathing suit for a Nutrisystem commercial recently.

"I felt prepared. I was confident," she said. "I don't wear bikinis even when I go to the beach, so when I put it on in front of the cameras and all these people, and my husband showed up -- it's nerve-wracking but the feeling is very satisfying."

The only downside to getting back in shape is, now she's not sure about adding to her brood. She and husband Mark have talked about having more children, but now, she says, she's just tired.

"I thought so, but now we are exhausted," she said. "Now I feel great, so I don't know if I want to go back there!"

Hart dished some juicy gossip in her recent memoir, Melissa Explains It All, including her first on-screen kiss (James van Der Beek) and some intimate moments with actor Ryan Reynolds while filming "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch".

“He gave me this beautiful watch and ran out of my dressing room. I chased him down and in the headlight of his car, I stopped him . . . and I just grabbed him and kissed him. We just made out all night . . . Ryan has grown up nicely.”
