  • The Los Angeles Police Department has arrested a 20-year-old man for making criminal threats after he tweeted that he would shoot someone if he received 100 retweets.

“100 RTs and I’ll shoot someone walking,” tweeted Dakkari Dijon McAnuff alongside the image below–seemingly a scoped rifle aimed out of a window.

McAnuff’s account, @StillDMC, has been suspended.

According to police, they were able to track McAnuff after tying him to his Twitter account. In his apartment, police found an air rifle.

McAnuff is currently still in jail on a $50,000 bond. While incarcerated, he’ll surely have enough time to think about ways to avoid being a complete dumbass in the future.
