It’s summertime and everyone wants to look their best.

Unfortunately, hot weather can cause makeup malfunctions and even if you spend hours putting together your look, it could end up turning into a melted mess on your face.

If you want to look your best in spite of the heat and humidity, try some of these summer makeup tips that will help you look flawless.

Primer
Some people use primer every time they apply makeup, but if you don’t usually wear it, you should consider doing so during the summer. Apply the primer after your moisturizer and make sure you cover your face evenly. After you have applied the primer you can add your usual makeup products. The primer will give you a smooth surface to work with and will prevent your concealer and other makeup from running when you sweat.

Keep It Light
You don’t want to cake on the makeup and have your face look and feel heavy all day. Instead of using liquid makeup, consider using a tinted moisturizer. The moisturizer will protect your face from drying out in the sun and will make your entire look lighter.
