How many trailers can Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII get before it’s completely spoiled? It’s like Square Enix is hell bent on ruining the entire game for the few devoted fans who want to see the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy through to its conclusion. Well, you’re going to have to put up with it a bit longer as Gamescom is here and Square Enix has another trailer.
The latest trailer for the game – called “The Savior’s Choice” – hints that the player will be faced with some difficult decisions as they try to save the world from an impending catastrophe. The trailer also confirms that Lighting Returns is indeed a Final Fantasy game by revealing that Chocobos and Moogles will be in the game.
Oh, and if you were wondering, it looks like Sazh will be returning in this game. His son, however, is worse for wear as Dajh’s soul has been lost.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be released on February 11 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
