If you have an extra $4.5 million dollars to spend and want the coolest car on the road, then the Lamborghini Veneno is the car for you. The company first introduced this car to the public in March at the Geneva Motor Show. Unfortunately for the big spenders in attendance, the cars at the show already had owners who weren’t ready to sell their coveted beauties. The good news is, that the new Lamborghini Veneno roadsters will drive off the assembly line next year, but only 9 of them.

So what makes this expensive car so unique and why would anyone pay $4.5 million dollars for it? Well for starters, it’s amazing to look at. At first glance, the Veneno looks like a convertible. It is not a convertible however, it actually has no top at all. A roll bar protect passengers instead.

But wait, there’s more. The Veneno has 740-horsepower and a 6.5-liter V-12 engine that is also featured in the Aventador. It from zero to 62 miles an hour in just 2.9 seconds and tops out at 221 miles per hour.

Read to drive one yet? The car will be available in any color the buyer wants and the body is made from almost entirely from carbon fiber-reinforced polymers. The seats are even made from a woven carbon fiber fabric. The company says that the color “Rosso Veneno” was specially developed for the car and won’t be carried over to other models in the range.

If you are looking for a fuel efficient car that is safe for the environment, the Veneno Roadster is not for you. If you are ready to drop some big bucks on a car that is a monster on the road, then you better be one of the first in line when this babies go on sale in 2014. They will likely go fast!
