Lamar Odom has made significant health improvements since his accidental overdose last fall. Now it seems the former NBA player is thinking about rekindling his romance with Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe and Lamar are still legally married. She was in the process of divorcing him when he wound up hospitalized in a coma. She withdrew her divorce petition, and cared for Lamar Odom throughout his months-long hospitalization. She indicated, however, that it didn’t mean the two were getting back together.

Now it seems Lamar Odom might be thinking of exactly that. A new report says he is planning something romantic for Khloe Kardashian–on the set of her new talk show, Kocktails With Khloe.

“Lamar’s always the one with a big surprise and he’s planning to shock Khloe on her own show. He’s considering ringing that doorbell, with flowers and champagne in hand, and surprising her and her guests,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com.

“He thinks it would be the perfect venue for him to get down on one knee and ask Khloe to be with him romantically once again. He knows she’d say yes,” the source adds. “He understands that when he puts her on the spot, her true feelings of love and sex appeal for him will always reveal itself.”
