  • Kris Jenner channeled her inner John Travolta at the British National Television Awards in London this past week. In addition to mispronouncing one of the nominee’s names, a la Travolta at last year’s Academy Awards (when he introduced Frozen star Idina Menzel as Adele Dazeem), she completely missed her cue when preparing to present the multichannel award.

The show, held at London’s O2 Arena, featured the UK’s television greats–much like the Emmy Awards in the U.S.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star sort of looked like the proverbial deer in the headlights when she realized she missed her cue. It was obvious to those in the audience and to those watching on TV as well.

Kendall Jenner had a similar situation at the Billboard Music Awards last spring. She blamed her mess-up on her contacts, saying she couldn’t read the cue cards. Might that have been Kris Jenner’s problem, too, or did she just lose her bearings completely?

It happens. Everyone will soon forget that Kris Jenner made an awards show faux pas–hopefully quicker that John Travolta was let off the hook. That poor guy might never live down his Oscars flub.

Kris Jenner clearly has bigger fish to fry. She has her Keeping Up With the Kardashians empire and all those daughters to manage. She is no doubt safely back in the U.S. and has likely forgotten about what happened in London. She’s probably busy planning how those girls can earn their ‘momager’ some more of that cold hard cash.
