Kerry Trainor is leaving AOL.
It seems like a whole lot of the news related to AOL these days is about people leaving the company. AOL is also rumored to be planning the layoffs of hundreds of employees next week. Some of the job cuts are expected in its hyperlocal content Patch division.
AOL’s biggest shareholder has been expressing discontent with the company’s board and media business, but AOL maintains that its current board is doing just fine. You can see some back and forth on that here.
