James Cameron recently amazed the public with his voyage to the Mariana Trench where he described the bottom of the ocean floor to be lunar, desolate, and isolating. Now he is switching gears by developing a TV show for the Discovery Channel that features robots battling each other until they are inoperable.
Robogeddon is expected to be very similar to Battlebots and RobotWars and will be guided by Survivor’s Mark Burnett.
If you are interested in competing you better get back to the lab ASAP and start collecting scrap metal because it is going to take a lot to beat Donald Hutson, two-time Super Heavyweight Champion of BattleBots who has joined the show’s guest list.

Hutson created a line of Disector robots that won him several battle titles.
